Is this how you view eternity?

Life is like a race. When you reach the finish 🏁 line successfully, you get rewarded. But, if you are still on the race, and your time is up, you will be ruled out. All your efforts in preparation, and during the game will be in vain. 
Your success in life depends on how hard you have worked, and also on the grace leading you, which is often called 'luck'.
It makes no sense living your life like everything on earth depended on you for survival, and when you die, you are kept in the same place with those you cast down. 
Everyday you wake is another opportunity given to you to be better. It also means that you are one step closer to judgement. The outcome of this judgment determines where we will live eternally- Heaven or Hell.
How do you live your life? How do you treat others? Remember that those you meet on your way up, you shall meet on your way down, and what goes around, comes around. So, always do to others what you would like to be done to you.
It is not easy, but all that matters is your effort to make a positive change in your life, and that of others. No matter how tough things are for you, just have faith that it will be better, then, you work towards it. When you do this, things will surely be better for you.
Finally, no one knows when its their turn to go. Yours might be today or tomorrow. Time is really ticking. Think about this... Where would you be on the last day?

A lot of people give up when things become hard for them without even trying. Sometimes, they feel like there is no more essence for living; that there is no hope. Are you one of those people?
