How To Know Your True Friends

It is not everyone who associates with you, that you should call friends or trust your life with. Some people come close to you just to get something from you. Others come close to you to get back at you; whereas a selected few are with you because they love, and respect you for who you are, notwithstanding your shortcomings.

If you find it hard to identify your true friends, just leave it to time. With time, they will prove themselves to be either True or Fake friends.

 

Know that your friends would never do anything on purpose to hurt you. They can displease themselves in most occasions for your own good, because they know you would do the same thing for them. They are always there for you when you need them, and they do not wait for you to ask them for something before they do it.

A true friend would always caution you when you do the wrong thing, no matter how bitter it may seem. They always tell you the truth you do not want to hear. They cannot lie to you, because they confined in you to give a better judgment, no matter what the subject is. They are your friends because they do not Judge you, but understand your reasons, and correct you. They may not be there when you are celebrating, but they will always be by your side when you are in sorrow, to mourn with you and also to console you.

Your true fried would never betray you, because he or she sees you more than a friend, but a brother or sister. Stay away from anybody that always put you in harm's way. A true friend would never do that to you; rather, he or she would be your savior.

A lot of people give up when things become hard for them without even trying. Sometimes, they feel like there is no more essence for living; that there is no hope. Are you one of those people? There is one thing you should know. Once you are alive, there is still hope to try again. There is no law that says that you must come out successful at first or tenth trial of any task or plan.
